Program

The Rainbow School Infant Program provides varied and flexible opportunities for socialization, play, creative and learning experiences as well as feedings, rest and quiet times. Our goal is to nurture each child’s growth and development; to encourage a positive self concept, and to develop each child’s trust. Rainbow School welcomes and encourages parental involvement in school activities.

Setting

Rainbow School has expansive classrooms and playgrounds. The Infant room contains furnishings, toys and materials carefully selected with very young children in mind. The safe & durable playground equipment provides ample opportunities for outdoor exploration.

Staff

Our well-qualified and experienced staff have great affection, knowledge, respect, and understanding of very young children. The teachers guide the boys and girls through a comfortable environment away from home. They support the children while they try out their natural curiosity in clean and safe surroundings.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to allow a child to learn through self questioning thus enabling him/her to obtain answers from experience. The staff provides guidance and questions to assist the development of your child’s awareness of his/her world and self. Children at Rainbow School are free to join any activities presented by the staff. They are not required to participate only encouraged. Rainbow School welcomes people of all races, colors, religion, national origin and ancestries.
